It was a pleasure to witness our 3-3 draw against Manchester in the U15 Inter Association League game on Saturday 8th October. Despite going into the break 1-0 down we came back strongly in the second half and twice took the lead in a pulsating, end to end encounter. Well done and thanks to everyone who was involved.
Taking a point against Manchester is no mean feat, not least because they are unbeaten so far this season and it was only our third game together. The way we battled back into contention is testament to the squad as a unit and to the guidance of our manager Mr Watson who tweaked his tactics and formation at key times in the game. There is no doubt that we have made clear progress since the start of the season and the rest of the campaign can be looked forward to with much excitement.

Best wishes
