Last weekend we were supposed to face Tameside in the North West Cup, but they have now withdrawn from all competitions. It is always sad when a local district side is unable to field a team and we wish the staff and players well for whatever they do with the remainder of the season. Tameside’s league games have now been wiped from record as a result.

Our next fixture is scheduled to be against Salford in the Greater Macjester County Cup on Saturday 26th November. Salford top the GMCSFA League table at the moment so that should be a good test for us.
